We specialize above all in complex solutions for chemical, mining, metallurgical, automotive and power industries and a segment of single-purpose machines. In cooperation with universities and experts from various branches we can offer basic concepts of solutions for the mentioned industrial sectors.

2 STUDY OF FEASIBILITY

The final decision on realization of the investment intent has to be based on facts. These facts are contained and backed up by arguments in a feasibility study. A feasibility study typically comprises a description of the investment intent, a market analysis, a technical solution of the project, a financial plan, a risk analysis and the project schedule. We can deliver feasibility studies in different scopes depending on client’s requirements.

3 BED (Basic Engineering Design)

BED comprises a concept study of a process to be solved and a pre-arrangement of technology. BED also describes technological solutions within particular activities related to a project. Basic Engineering Design also deals conceptually with a management method and the project safety. Generally, BED is a set of all source materials for BEDP (Basic Engineering Design Package), which is a base for DE (Detail Engineering). BED also includes an appraisement for a complete delivery with +/-30% accuracy. A client always defines a concrete subject-matter of BED.

4 DE (Detail Engineering)

DE is a phase that is a last preparatory stage before Delivery / Production. DE includes detailed drawings of P&IDs, isometry, machinery, MaR and electrical schemes and documentation – everything on a level for the manufacture and final delivery. DE also includes preparation of documentation for purchase of all particularly specified equipment including an estimation of investment cost with +/-5% accuracy. DE covers entire documentation for realization of a construction and its commissioning/putting into operation. The content and extent of details in DE is always discussed with a customer in advance, when DE documentation is handed over to the customer for comments.

5 DELIVERY /PRODUCTION

We specialize in turnkey deliveries for chemical, mining, metallurgical, automotive and power industries and a segment of single-purpose machines. We provide manufacturing, delivering and assembling by our own employees or employees of our partner companies for sectors that are mentioned in descriptions of particular complex solutions for the given industrial spheres and described in our company’s activities.

SUTOR Global s.r.o. has authorizations for all specified technical equipment (lifting, electrical, pressure and gas equipment).

6 SERVICE

Using our own capacities we provide subsequent service for the delivered equipment within a contracted extent.
